Booking Policy
When booking you agree to these terms
Reservation Policy:

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk as soon as possible to check availability.

Reservations: All reservations require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. The credit card will be charged a one-night deposit at the time of booking. You can book your room online via our website or by contacting our reservation team.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

No-show Policy: If you fail to show up for your reservation, the first night's room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Early Check-out Policy: If you decide to check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights of your reservation will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking Policy: The New Holiday House is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. If we find evidence of smoking in the room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Pet Policy: The New Holiday House allows dogs with a weight limit of 50 pounds or less. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $50 will be charged per stay. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements for your furry friend.

Age Policy: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

Payment Policy: The New Holiday House accepts all major credit cards. The credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of the stay, including room rate, taxes, and any additional fees, upon check-out.

Damages Policy: Any damages to the room or hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card on file. The New Holiday House reserves the right to charge the credit card for any damages discovered after the guest has checked out.
